PLAQ Lam Dong 84% is made from a Vietnamese bean. Naturally sweet, like a chai, Lam Dong has three main taste interests.
Sweet spices first. Cloves, cinnamon. A slightly woody side then. Accompanied by a smoky appearance which gives depth. Finally, a regressive creaminess envelops everything with notes of caramelized fruits (raisins, apples), creamy and cocoa. It is therefore slightly more full-bodied and fruity than the variation with 76% cocoa.
