This Milk Chocolate - Toasted Soda Bread (70g) is crafted by Ballymaloe-trained chef Jane Conlon, who comes from a long line of family bakers and is the owner of Sodalicious bakery and cafe in Limerick City. Jane's goal is to reimagine traditional soda bread, so she uses a unique treacle soda bread that is slow-roasted for a rich, slightly bitter taste. The bread is then dried to create a satisfying crunch and coated in our smooth, creamy milk chocolate.
The resulting bar is a taste sensation reminiscent of honeycomb chocolate.
