Community: Essa Fakhry

Essa Fakhry is the head chef of Note Dublin. We shot Essa as he prepped his Bistro menu for weekly service.

Located at 26 Fenian Street, Note Bar. Bistro. Bureau. is a new typology of wine bar with a fierce determination for quality drinks, food & service. Since opening as a Bar & Bureau in October 2021 - Bureau meaning retail store and café - the business opened its kitchen/Bistro in full just over a month ago. Note Bistro specialises in a constantly changing menu of snacks, small plates & larger dishes, alongside a carefully curated wine list & range of cocktails, n/a drinks & beers.

Note is co-owned by Andy Collins of Indigo & Cloth, & brothers Essa & Acky Fakhry. Within the space, Indigo & Cloth curate & manage a retail & cafe, bringing a selection of our brands, products & aesthetic to Note.
