Shyira - Rwanda (250g)

Shyira Washing Station, located in Rwanda's Nyamasheke District, was founded in 2017 at an altitude of 2000 MASL, benefiting from picturesque surroundings and convenient access to water from a nearby river. Like all Muraho washing stations, Shyira has its own distinctive washing station song, fostering a sense of pride among workers. During processing, staff come together to sing and dance, actively contributing to the fermentation process through agitation. This collaborative approach aims to continuously enhance production quality and address challenges encountered by Rwandan coffee producers.
