Bombe Ayla - Ethiopia (200g)

Ayla washing station sits at 1950m in Ethiopia's Sidama Region, processing cherries from around 800 smallholder farmers in Bombe and Shantawene. Founded in 2018 by Faysel Abdosh, the station sources from farms growing coffee under native shade trees at elevations up to 2000m.

This lot features varieties 74110 and 74158, selectively handpicked and washed before drying on raised beds for 15-20 days. Testi Specialty Coffee manages the station, maintaining direct relationships with farmers and supporting local communities through school construction, water access and electrification projects.
