Sizing, Products & Care
You can use our dedicated size guides by brand to find the best fit for you. Each product page includes sizing information and notes on whether a style runs true to size, slightly small or slightly large, based on the brand’s cut and fabric.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own and feel comfortable in. Also if unsure, get in touch with a member of our team at store@indigoandcloth.com.
Yes. If you’d like help with sizing, fit or how to style a piece, you can email us - a member of the team will come back with suggestions.
You’re also welcome to visit the store for in-person advice and to try pieces on; we’re happy to talk through fits, fabrics and how items can work with your existing wardrobe.
Most of our collection is available both in-store and online, but we occasionally hold online-only pieces or small in-store capsules that don’t appear on the website.
If you’ve seen something on Instagram or in-store and can’t find it online, just get in touch and we can let you know availability or arrange a remote purchase where possible.
Always follow the care label on your garment or the instructions included with your homeware item, as these are specific to the materials and construction. As a general guide, we recommend washing at lower temperatures, using gentle detergents, avoiding over-washing and line-drying where possible to extend the life of your pieces.
If you’re unsure about how to care for a particular fabric or object, contact us and we can share any brand-specific guidance we have.
We work with brands that place a clear emphasis on quality, longevity and responsible production, whether through considered materials, smaller-scale manufacturing or transparent supply chains. Our focus is on pieces that are made to last and sit comfortably in your wardrobe or home for years, rather than single-season products.
While approaches vary from brand to brand, we review each label’s ethos and practices before bringing them into the store, and we’re happy to share more about specific products or makers on request.
Gift Cards, Packaging & Other
Yes. We offer gift cards that can be purchased & used online and in-store. They are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, which is clearly stated at checkout and on your confirmation email.
Yes. You can add a short gift note in the order notes box at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order. All of our orders in-store or online and packaged using a custom, acid-free branded tissue paper with prices removed when requested.
We offer a newsletter where we share new arrivals, events and occasional offers. You’ll usually receive a small welcome incentive, such as a percentage off your first online order, when you sign up with your email address.
Café-related Questions
Yes. Our speciality café serves coffee to drink in or take away, including espresso-based drinks, freshly brewed filter coffee and seasonal drink options. We work with a rotating selection of speciality roasters, so the beans on bar change through the year, alongside our espresso options.
We work with a focused rotation of speciality coffee roasters from Ireland and abroad, alongside our long-term house partner, Bailies Coffee, from Belfast. Across the year you can expect to see a mix of European and international guest roasters, chosen for quality, transparency and how they sit within our seasonal menu.
We operate on a walk-in basis only and don’t take table reservations for the café. If the space is busy when you arrive, we’ll do our best to find you a spot as soon as one becomes available through our three floors.
