Rose Coffee Roasters was founded in Zurich in 2022 (Originally with Frederic Brunner) with one clear intention: to roast coffee that makes you stop, think, and taste. Behind Rose is Matt Winton, 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, whose pursuit of coffee has taken him from repairing helicopters in Australia to pouring brews on world stages. That same precision and curiosity now drives our roasting.

They work closely with producers who share their appetite for quality and innovation. Every coffee they select carries a story of place, craft, and ambition. Their job is to honour that story - through meticulous profiling, clean execution, and a refusal to settle for “good enough.” Coffee, for Rose, is not routine. It’s connection. It’s the shared thread between farmers experimenting on mountain slopes, roasters fine-tuning machines in an industrial corner of Zurich, and people everywhere pausing to take in a cup.
