Store Pick Up

Save on shipping fees & collect your order in-store. Our store pick-up option has orders ready to collect within an hour. Our store opening hours are: Monday - Saturday 10-6pm & Sunday 10-5pm.

Shipping

Indigo & Cloth use DPD & DHL as our domestic & international postal carriers. 

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. Our next day delivery service operates Monday - Friday with orders placed before 12pm.

When an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us. 

Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. All enquiries regarding shipping please use: info@indigoandcloth.com.

DPD & DHL Shipping

Domestic & UK based orders feature a door-to-door delivery on the next possible business day. 

International orders via DHL Express take 1-3 days depending on location and are tracked transparently throughout.

Online orders ship on the same day if placed before 12pm.

Free shipping on all Irish based orders of over €70.

Ireland:

• DPD: €7
• Next working day.

United Kingdom:

• DPD: €15
• 1-2 working days.

Europe

• DHL: €25 - €50 dependent on location.
• 1-2 working days with orders placed before 12pm.

USA & Canada

• DHL: €50
• 1-2 working days with orders placed before 12pm.

Rest of the World 

• DHL Express: €50 - €70 dependent on location.
• 1-3 working days with orders placed by 12pm.
