The San Luis farm is located in Líbano, Tolima at an average height of between 1500 and 1400 meters above sea level. The farm belongs to Omar Arango and has a coffee producing area of approximately 5 hectares. Newerley Gutierrez is the man in charge of the development of the protocols that are carried out in that farm. This typical has been fermented in cherry vacuum for 48 hours, pulped and fermented again under vacuum for 24 hours before being washed and dried.
