The farm owned by Ricardo Castilla is located in the region called Santuario, Risaralda, next to the top of Mount Tatamá, a word that means the grandfather of rivers. The conditions where this lot grows, next to one of the largest protected nature reserves in the world, are very exceptional. This is transmitted in the cup where we find very sweet aromas of honey and cherry along with a creamy body and a very fruity flavour with notes of strawberry and nectarine.
This batch of coffee has been pulped and dry fermented in tanks for 24 hours. It is then washed very well with clean water and dried in the sun in parabolic dryers.
