Located in the North of Comalapa, El Recuerdo farm is run by Don Lino and his grandsons. Don shares his knowledge and passion for coffee farming with his family, growing both coffee and corn on their 6 hectare farm.
El Recuerdo is fortunate to benefit from a temperate climate, and tropical rainforest environment which provides the soil with a plentiful supply of nutrients. This lot from Don Lino is the first coffee originating from Mexico Bailies have had in the roastery in over 5 years.
