Typically Sao Silvestre is reserved for Bailies Single Origin offering, however, for the third year in a row as a gesture of friendship they have offered a truly special microlot.
With over 100 years experience in producing the finest coffee in Brazil, the Andrade family started Sao Silvestre in the mid 1990s. Almost all of Sao Silvestre’s coffee comes from yellow varieties, mainly Icatu and Catuai. These varieties are known to produce amazing sweetness when grown and processed with the attention to detail that the Andrade family continually show.
