Sourced from the Andean mountains in the Cauca region, Comepcafe cooperative is governed by local farmers who are dedicated to producing top-quality coffee. The cooperative provides essential education and equipment for all members, resulting in the production of exceptional specialty coffee. After harvesting, each farmer's coffee is cupped and evaluated, with the best batches of the year being sent to us.
