With tasting notes of Blueberry, Peach & IPA this Ethiopian will bring a fresh feel to your home brews and taste great on filter.
The Buku washing station is named after the village where the coffee is harvested. Through the METAD program, growers from the surrounding community bring their cherries to this washing station for further processing.
This coffee is naturally processed, sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit to dry on the seed which develops a sweet complexity. Growers who are part of the program receive training, free seedlings, and professional guidance at every stage of production.
