Nzove - Burundi (250g)


Characteristic berry jam notes are joined by wild tropical fruit in this naturally processed lot from the Nzove hill.

A tough harvest in Burundi meant very low yields across the country. This coffee is  sourced from La Cabra's partners at the Long Miles Coffee Project this season.
Low yields meant the project had to buy cherry from some neighbouring hills, like this lot from the Nzove hill to the north.
