One of two different processes from the same farmer, Prolog are very excited to present for the second year in a row El Diamante by Carlos Fernandez Morera. This coffee has been used at the World Barista Championship and now they are bringing it back to you! As soon as you grind this coffee you know why Jonas chose it for his Barista Champs routine. Intense cinnamon aromas, with lots of sweetness and rum.
