Bare Bones Chocolate

Bare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow. Bare Bones make their chocolate in a small workshop in the South Side of Glasgow in micro-batches of around 8kg at a time. They roast their cacao on a modified Giesen coffee roaster and have engineered most of the equipment from scratch, to get the best possible quality for our batch sizes. They want to highlight the importance of good chocolate – free from emulsifiers and additives.
