RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Indigo & Cloth inspect every garment before it is shipped. If you have any queries about sizing, please contact us or see our sizing chart.

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item or an item without tags or packaging, and wish to return or exchange it, you must email Indigo & Cloth within 7 days of your order delivery date to inform us of such an item and state your preference of refund or re-placement. Any returns sent back to us without first e-mailing will not be accepted. We must be receipt of the returned goods within 14 days from your delivery date.(return shipping is at customers cost).

All sale items are final sale unless damaged where a credit will be issued.

After Indigo & Cloth’s inspection and acceptance of an item for return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase or if you prefer, an in-stock replacement item will be shipped to the address in the original purchase and any new shipping costs will be at Indigo & Cloth’s expense.

In the event that a return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
